If you think ballet is all about the tutu, think again.The Australian Ballet asked three choreographers and three composers to collaborate on entirely new works for the Interplay programme, highlighting the electric partnership between dance and music. The result – three world premieres that will demonstrate the athleticism and invention of dance today.
I attended opening night at the Opera House, and was very impressed by the three pieces. Make sure to head along, it runs until November 25th
